Returns Policy


EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

David Jonns would like you to be happy with your purchase. If your not, just return the product to us, following the instructions below.

Terms and conditions

Should you have made a wrong selection and need to exchange or return an unused item, David Jonns will be pleased to replace or refund the full cost of the item to you. Unless faulty, we’d like this to be within 30 days from your receipt of purchase.

Please check your item carefully on receipt. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty (through no fault of your own) we will be happy to replace the product at no extra cost to you including any delivery charges incurred in sending it back, providing you have not worn, used or damaged the product(s).

It’s important that any unwanted item(s), unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition.

We’d expect this to mean:

✔  You’ve kept all the original packaging and label

✔  It is undamaged and unused

We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty, on the following:

✔  Products that have been personalised for you, such as engraving

David Jonns reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the merchandise returned are deemed to have been wilfully or maliciously damaged, negligently worn or tampered with, or if an original proof of purchase cannot be produced.

This does not affect you statutory rights

Delivery charges

David Jonns will reimburse any delivery charges incurred in returning your order.

Contract cancellation under Distance Selling Regulations

(applies to the EU only)

If you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.

This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products that have been personalised for you.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS

Returns via Royal Mail:

To ensure we process your refund as quickly as possible, please fill the reason for your return in the box detail on your delivery note

✔  Cut off and enclose your returns slip with the product, and package up securely

✔  Use the returns label from the front of your delivery note, and post using Royal Mail Registered Post, obtaining proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: David Jonns strongly recommends that you return your item by registered post for added security and peace of mind, as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items.

International Returns:

✔  Please return the item using the returns label from the front of your delivery note, obtaining proof of purchase

✔  To ensure we process your refund as quickly as possible, please fill in the reason for your return in the box detail shown on your delivery note

✔  Enclose the reply slip with the product and package up securely

Unfortunately, on international deliveries we cannot refund your postal and insurance surcharge.

We’ll refund your original card of purchase via PayPal as promptly as possible, but usually within 10 working days of goods being received by us.
